At Julias Foundation, our mission is to empower individuals and communities by providing transformative programs that foster personal growth, resilience, and opportunity. We are committed to reducing recidivism, supporting successful re-entry, and removing barriers to employment, housing, and education through work-readiness training, career preparation, and expungement clinics.
